YOGA FOR KIDS 6-WEEK SERIES
Yoga for Kids offers fun, relaxation, play, strength, balance and flexibility for all children ages 7 to 12! Kid friendly yoga poses, stretches and breathing exercises are incorporated with games that teach positive ways to channel and expel excess energy! Tuesdays at 4:15pm, this new 6-Week class series begin September 20th and runs through October 25th. Ages 7 to 12. $48 plus tax for 6-Week Series. (ask about family discounts for multiple children) Space is limited. Register today! Kids should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
