Join Julie Lemerond-Gill for a special evening of relaxation, surrender and candlelight meditation. The experience will begin with some gentle stretches and poses - all done on the floor - to get your body ready to relax and release into a sound healing bath and Yoga Nidra experience. Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation designed to take you to the sweetest spaces of surrender, where the body and mind have a chance to rest and heal in the most gentle way. The vibrational sound healing will incorporate crystal and tibetan bowls, koshi bells and an ocean drum. On this - the longest night of the year - give your body, mind and spirit a chance to turn inward and celebrate the Winter Solstice in peaceful community! Feel free to bring your own props if you desire - blankets, eye pillows, or anything else to ensure maximum comfort for yourself! Essential oils will be available to enhance your experience as well.
