''Regal City''

A comedy that takes place in the early 1970's in a small American town named "Regal City".  It centers around the personal and professional happenings in Regal City's small Police department.  When our story begins there has not been an actual crime for the Regal City Police department to solve since 1968.  Of course that will soon change.
