Rebel Without A Cause - Fox Film Series

Historic Fox Theatre Restorations is proud to announce the next film in its 2015 Movie Series, Rebel Without A Cause, sponsored by Lucky No 3 Tattoo Company. In this 1955 classic, after moving to a new town, troublemaking teen Jim Stark (James Dean) is supposed to have a clean slate, although being the new kid in town brings its own problems. While searching for some stability, Stark forms a bond with a disturbed classmate, Plato (Sal Mineo), and falls for local girl Judy (Natalie Wood). However, Judy is the girlfriend of neighborhood tough, Buzz (Corey Allen). When Buzz violently confronts Jim and challenges him to a drag race, the new kid's real troubles begin. Showtimes on Saturday, May 9, are at 2 and 7 pm at the Fox Theatre in Historic Downtown Centralia, 123 South Tower Avenue. As an additional treat, Harvey Ross will be on hand to play the Fox Theatre organ before each screening. Rated PG-13. Admission for the movie is $8 per person, $7 for Members, and $20 per family (three to four persons.)
