Planes, Trains and Automobiles

On August 7th, Chehalis Washington will come alive with the sounds of some of our favorite modes of transportation. Do you have a ?thing? for classic cars? Do you find yourself admiring aeronautics? Perhaps you have a love for all things that ride the rails?
If so, The Chehalis Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is the festival for you! This festival has been a community event for several decades under other names, and this year it comes together as the extravaganza it was meant to be!
The Chehalis Centralia Airport will host the Air Fair that will showcase many airplanes of different vintages and styles to view, as well as people to help answer questions you may have about them and the Young Eagles program will host airplane rides for youth.
The Centralia Chehalis Railroad and Museum will carry riders along the scenic tracks in their Vintage Steam powered train! The train rides on 9 miles of rail line through scenic hills, farmland, and over beautiful wooden trestles. Need to relax? This is how you do it!
Downtown Chehalis will be the location for the Classic Car show, a Foreign Auto Show, and with food and live entertainment all day! Don't think we've left out the kids?there will be tons of children's activities all day as well.
And what mobile-show would be complete without our two-wheeled friends?The Yard Birds Mall will be host of the Motorcycle Show!
