Curious about YOGA? Never taken a yoga class? Not sure what to expect? This is the workshop for you! You'll learn the basics of yoga, get your questions answered and experience a slow-paced beginning-level yoga class. All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience or special equipment required. Bring a water bottle and wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing you can move freely in. About Christina: Christina Mae Wolf is the owner of Embody and a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. She offers a gentle, inviting approach to yoga, focusing on safe and proper alignment along with the integration of body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about helping people begin their yoga journey and takes great joy in witnessing her students expand and grow through their practice.
