Join Brenda for this 2 hour Introduction to Hoop Dance and learn the basics of hooping from the ground up! Never been able to hula hoop? No worries! This is the workshop for you! Over this two hour workshop, Brenda will take you on a journey through the different styles and techniques of Hoop Dance and empower you to play, groove and practice the FUNdamentals of beginning hoop dance. Laugh your way to learning hoop dance in a safe space and body positive environment. Hoop dance is a low impact form of expressive fitness and suitable for all bodies, genders and ages. It is a moving meditation and highly effective cardiovascular and strengthening exercise experience. No experience necessary!
