Home Inspector School
Become a Home Inspector in Washington State by taking our 120 hour class, and 40 hours of field training. You will learn how to pass the state and national portion of the Home Inspector Exam and how to run your own Home Inspector business.

Field Training is scheduled based on availability of inspections and will begin as soon as you pay your $500 deposit.

$500.00 Non-refundable deposit
$2,000.00 Due of first class day for 120-hr class
$1,000.00 Due of first class day for 40-hr field training
