FreeDance DESMYSTIFIED: The Nuts and Bolts of FreeDance

Join First Degree Black Belt Nia teacher, Jason Alan Griffith, for this FreeDance workshop! If the idea of FreeDancing fills you with anxiety, or suddenly makes you have to get a drink of water, then this is the workshop for you! If you love FreeDance and would like inspiration to take it to new places, this is also for you! JAG is going to show you how to FreeDance in such a clear and down-to-earth way that you will never again wonder what to do when the teacher calls out, "Okay Everyone, FreeDance!!" After this experience, you will look forward to the opportunity to burst into FreeDance moments, and you'll always run out of music before you run out of moves. We will tap into and nurture the limitless creative power inside of all of us! We'll complete the playshop with a full Nia FreeDance class putting all of the great tools we learned into action.
