Cascade Country Cook-Off

The 6th Annual Cascade Country Cook-Off and the Chehalis Classic Car Show presented by the Chariots Car Club is set for August 14th & 15th 2010, and you won't want to miss this opportunity to be a part of it!
This event is much more than just Barbecue! Of course there will be incredible food from some of the best in the business, and contestants from around the region will be vying for a chance to move on to the National Jack Daniels Barbecue Competition. There will be classes for Barbecue cooks to learn the ways of the Barbecue Masters, a new event ? the Best BBQ Burger Battle, with divisions for the public and professionals, a Pizza and Desert competition, fantastic live entertainment, a refreshing beer garden, an exciting car show, kids activities, a barrel of fun, a cloud of savory smoke and some of the best folks you'll ever meet.The Cascade Country Cook-Off is held in partnership with the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association.
