Join Kat Eggers for this special two hour workshop focusing on the Breath and how your breath can be used in yoga and in life to heal your body, mind and spirit. The body has a built-in internal massage system called the breath. When the biomechanics of our natural breath are compromised we can experience all kinds of mysterious symptoms, including poor digestion, sleeplessness, neck and shoulder pain, lower back and hip pain, high blood pressure, and fatigue. When we breathe mindfully and with body awareness our food becomes more nourishing, our sleep more restful, our stress more manageable. We might find chronic pain magically disappears, that gravity rests lighter on our shoulders, that it's easier to focus. Combining yogic principles with Western Science, Kat Eggers, biologist and registered yoga teacher, will teach how to breathe to heal and improve the quality of your life!
