Challenge Cost: $30 plus tax *** ABOUT THE CHALLENGE FACILITATORS The 2017 Embody Whole 30 Challenge is being co-led and created by Embody owner Christina Wolf and Jessica Callahan, owner of Fourth Circle Foods. Jessica Callahan has years of experience consulting and cooking for individuals who need to follow restricted diets for various health and spiritual reasons. In her own journey, she was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy after discovering that her infant son was also not tolerating many foods either. Healing her body and her children's bodies became her main life focus and led her to a deep study of nutrition and the impact on health, particularly digestion and absorbtion of nutrients. Jessica will share with you the value of eating in a way that feels harmonious with your mind, body, and spirit without ever shaming or encouraging you restrict calories. She believes that receiving love and care through the messenger of food will help you to learn more about how to love and care for yourself. Avoiding dogma, Jessica will guide you on the Whole30 diet to experience your Whole Self in this new way of eating. Christina Wolf first experienced Whole30 in 2013 and finally made it a full-time way of life in May of 2016. Since that time she has experienced pround transformation in energy level, immune system function, body composition and more and she is thrilled to help bring this powerful program to her community.
