The Music Faculty at Centralia College will be presenting a free recital on Thursday, June 1st at 7:00 pm at Centralia College in Corbet Theatre. The program will include classical music by Brahms, Debussy, Telemann, Liebermann, and Boismortier performed by Lesley O’Donel (flute), Kathy Scarborough (viola), Dr. Beth May (piano), and Daven Tillinghast (guitar). This is a great opportunity for prospective students to check out the music program at Centralia College. The performers offer private music lessons for piano, flute, clarinet, and other woodwind and brass instruments. Students may take private lessons for college credit for the following instruments: flute, piano, voice, guitar, viola, violin, clarinet, saxophone, brass and other wind instruments, and percussion.
